I greatly enjoyed reading the different versions of my poem "To whom it may concern". I was very interested that in some places the versions were very similar with just one or two words different. That may suggest that my poem has a very precise meaning - which is perhaps not a good thing? I have tried to imagine the sound the poem makes when put into another language with a different accent and I find that the effect is very strange but also very exciting. My congratulations to the authors who did the translations. I would like to know if they found it "easy" to capture the sense of what I seemed to be saying in the poem. If these authors are interested in working with more of my poems from poetry pf then I shall be very pleased.
